BBC Radio 2 Folk Awards 2015 – The Winners

The BBC Radio 2 Folk Awards 2015 took place last night at the Wales Millennium Centre in Cardiff. Hosted by Mark Radcliffe and Julie Fowlis, the show included performances from Yusuf/Cat Stevens, Loudon Wainwright III, Kate Rusby and 9Bach. Both Yusuf/Cat Stevens and Loudon Wainwright III were honoured with Lifetime Achievement awards whilst Ewan MacColl was inducted into the Folk Awards Hall of Fame and Dr. Meredydd Evans was posthumously honoured with the Good Tradition Award.
